The 44-year Old Virgin?

Quote from Godless:
As a matter of faith, liberals believe: Darwinism is a fact, people are born gay, child-molesters can be rehabilitated, recycling is a virtue, and chastity is not.

While this statement, like most in the book, is meaningless (do over 100,000,000 people believe all of these things? I, for instance, believe some and not others), it raises a question with me: what is Coulter's view on chastity? Does she think chastity is a virtue? If so, is the 44-year-old never-married woman still saving herself?

Comments:
I can understand Darwin and child molesters being targets, but... recycling?

"Godless"? How about "Brainless"?

Awesome! I read it and was awestruck. I can't believe that someone was so close to my personal views!!! I never heard of this author but got this book as a gift and I am so glad that I did. I hope to read all her writings.

Of course Ms. Coulter is saving herself. She is a good, devout Christian and would never consider having sex, either self or with another, before marriage. I am so proud of my hero!

Thanks ever so much for doing this; I needed a credible point of reference (both on 'Godless' and 'Slander') on this, and I damn sure didn't want to pay for any of her books. I linked both sites, BTW, from my post from earlier today, I've never seen a conservative pundit enjoying the grief of 9/11 widows so much; also, the Cheryl McGuinness factor.

Like she says.. libs support free speech, as long as it agree with them. So her book will be lambasted be the liberal minions who dont like their 'religion' exposed to this extent.

I'm glad you're giving Ann Coulter's book the attention it so richly deserves.

If you want to see some conservatives take down Coulter, hard, see

The Right Wing Professor's Blog and Darwin Central.

And if you want to find out all the details of Coulter's 'virginity' check out Joe Conason's Big Lies. Apparently, Coulter thinks chastity is good for the rest of us, but she ain't having none of it herself.

Why malign her? Have you seen her hot legs? She's got it going on. So what if she's a liar? It's just her job, and has nothing to do with her legs.

Anyone looking for a good hoot should check out Hamell On trial's response to Ann Coulter with a song off his new album: Songs For Parents Who Enjoy Drugs.

America's Best Christian, Mrs. Betty Bowers, writes:

Let's be honest: Reading a book about religion from Ann Coulter is tantamount to reading a book about dieting from Michael Moore. After all, who wants to be lectured about not being Christian enough by an almost-50 year-old boozehound in a black leather miniskirt who has never been married? Count me as having a healthy skepticism over whether Miss Coulter has saved herself for marriage. Or anything, for that matter.

The recycling comment is probably because most city recycling programs produce more pollution and use more energy to collect, sort, and process the recyclables than is saved by recycling. One notable exception is recycling of aluminum, a side-effect of which is that it produces an incentive for people to recycle it (and homeless people will sort through trash for free to collect aluminum for recycling).

Do a search on "economics of recycling" for current data.

I am not American and would call myself a conservative, and so Coulter's more outrageous claims don't offend me as much as they amuse me.

However, to me she looks like one of those many anorexo-bulimics who are obsessed with their looks and not really interested in sex because it might interfere with their hairdo and leave some stains.

I may be, of course, wrong.
